SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Once payment is recieved and confirmed, order will be ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We cannot guarantee on time delivery in the event of extreme weather conditions. Delivery is available within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must select the Express 1 Business Day Delivery Option. However, delivery is not guaranteed to arrive the next day for those states.

If an item is backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted immediately.



LOST or STOLEN:

ConexDeals is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We will not refund on packages with a "delivered" confirmation.

We will only ship to the address that is provide to us. No Shipping Refunds on Unclaimed or Returned Packages containing the exact address as provided by the customer.



REFUNDS & RETURNS:

All merchandise carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and come with a 7 day Guarantee for returns or exchanges. There is a restocking fee of 20% on ALL OPENED item UNLESS un-opened. The 7 day guarantee begins on the date you RECEIVE to the day you RETURN the item with shipping documentation (Send us a copy) The 1 year manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of purchase.

Un-opened items will receive full refund less shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The item must be new and in unused condition with ALL materials. We will not accept incomplete returns.

All refunds will be issued by company check within 7-10 days from receipt of returned merchandise.



DAMAGED ITEMS:

All merchandise are shipped NEW and in the box. We will test all merchandise upon return for proper working condition. If the merchandise is scratched, dented, or damaged- no refund will be issued and the item will be property of ConexDeals.
